Be Immovable
Be immovable.
What does this mean?
It means you are not easily pushed around.
You stand your ground and you stick to your principles no matter what the crowd says.
They can whine and cry all they want.
You are not easily swayed by emotions.
What your eyes and ears tells you, combined with gut instinct, makes the final decision and you stick to that decision no matter what.
Being immovable saves you from a lot of regret. From a lot of pain.
The past few years, if you were immovable, you did not cave to the pressure.
You stuck to your guns and you knew what the facts were.
You did not let old, decrepit, gray haired, hack politicians convince you otherwise.
You told them to pound sand and you stuck to your position.
When your family tried to sit you down and told you to take the medicine, you stared them straight in the face and you told them to pound sand too.
Being immovable doesn't involve favoritism.
Being immovable involves truth and rational thinking no matter who you are up against.
Always stick to your guns.
